If you are doing something important don’t say yes to a favor from a friend. Next time the friend needs help he will come to you even though they know you are working. If you do something once it is easier to do so again.

The thing people don’t realize is that work compounds over time. So if you do ordinary work for over ten years it becomes the opposite of ordinary.

I have been thinking how people have the willpower to walk to the gym that is very far away from them. Apparently, music and online courses make it a lot more enjoyable. 

When something bad happens in your life. That’s it, it happened. What else can you do besides acknowledge that fact and move on with your life?

It is better to accept that something that happened to you could have been worse, than just complain about it for the rest of the day. Think about it if something at work really annoyed you and you complain about the rest of the day how bad that moment was, you are letting that one

The hotter it is in my room the more disgusting and sweatier I feel. When it is cold in my room it is like 65 degrees Fahrenheit. I feel relaxed and overall, in a good mood. So, I sleep very quickly in a cold room compared to a hot room. 

Some people have routines that they refuse to break. Not every routine is perfect. So, why not try something new sometimes? If the new routine doesn’t work for you just never do that new routine again and go back to your old one and try out a new idea when you feel like it. 

Everyone has bad days. I have had days where I felt so bad I stopped doing all my habits that day. I just made sure not to do that two times in a row so I could avoid making a habit out of doing that. When you have a difficult day don’t just decide your
