When you want to achieve a certain goal just do the first step you can think of. Don’t wait and try to make a perfect plan. That doesn’t exist. Just do something and if it doesn’t work try something else, keep going till you find things that actually help with achieving your goals.
I suggest making a habit of getting out of your comfort zone. Like, do something once a day that is slightly out of your comfort zone. Then it will grow consistently. Growth itself is uncomfortable because your body is not used to it yet.
